क़फ़स उदास है यारो सबा से कुछ तो कहो
कहीं तो बहर-ए-ख़ुदा आज ज़िक्र-ए-यार चले
Feeling as if in prison (lonely without beloved) requesting a friend ( in imagination) to further request the breeze to bring any news from beloved (who is far off).
क़फ़स : prison, confinement
सबा : breeze
बहर-ए-ख़ुदा : for God's sake
ज़िक्र-ए-यार : mention of the beloved

कभी तो सुब्ह तेरे कुंज-ए-लब से हो आग़ाज़
कभी तो शब सर-ए-काकुल से मुश्क-बार चले
Morning may begins with the kiss of lips
& nights in your fragrant hair.
सुब्ह : morning
कुंज-ए-लब : corner of lips
आग़ाज़ : start
शब : night
सर-ए-काकुल : hairs
मुश्क-बार : diffusing musk fragrance

जो हम पे गुज़री सो गुज़री मगर शब-ए-हिज्राँ
हमारे अश्क तेरी आक़िबत सँवार चले
Whatever happened happen (in spite of all sufferings, torture in lonely nights unable to break my soul) Though tears sheded but keeping our all principles intact. ( therefore on the day of judgment in front of God , will not face any embarrassment.)
शब-ए-हिज्राँ : night(s) of separation.
अश्क : tears
आक़िबत : conclusion, end
सँवार : embellish, decorate, rectify

Or kissing gallows (Due to non compromise on principles & non cooperation with the Rulers)
