कोई दिन गर ज़िंदगानी और है
अपने जी में हम ने ठानी और है

बार-हा देखी हैं उन की रंजिशें
पर कुछ अब के सरगिरानी और है
दे के ख़त मुँह देखता है नामा-बर
कुछ तो पैग़ाम-ए-ज़बानी और है
हो चुकीं 'ग़ालिब' बलाएँ सब तमाम
एक मर्ग-ए-ना-गहानी और है
आतिश-ए-दोज़ख़ में ये गर्मी कहाँ
सोज़-ए-ग़म-हा-ए-निहानी और है
क़ाता-ए-एमार है अक्सर नुजूम
वो बला-ए-आसमानी और है

If I have another day
in my life,

Real meaning :
Any unfulfilled, unfinished or pending wish(s),
Do it as soon as possible, (tomorrow's possibility or existence???) or spare time???

बार-हा : generally
देखी हैं : have seen

रंजिशें : anguish, misunderstanding(s)
पर कुछ अब के : but this time

Beloved is always full of attitude, but this time arrogant is quite different.
Another interpretation :
Time : is always full of attitude, but.....

कुछ तो पैग़ाम-ए-ज़बानी और है
नामा-बर : personal messenger ( before postal system )
दे के ख़त : after delivery of letter
मुँह देखता है नामा-बर : receiver's face observation by the messenger.

पैग़ाम-ए-ज़बानी : secret verbal message
और है : something different
To understand this situation :
Lover's secret message to beloved through a confidant , where lover also wants to know the beloved's expressions after receiving the message, ( happy? Irritated? Comfortable?)
Here the confidant, firstly delivering the letter, secondly reporting back the whole scene with details back to lover.

एक मर्ग-ए-ना-गहानी और है
हो चुकीं : all executed / exhausted
ग़ालिब : The poet Mirza Ghalib
बलाएँ : troubles, calamities

एक : last one
मर्ग-ए-ना-गहानी : death untimely sudden
और है : pending
Note :
With this couplet The whole meaning of each couplet gets another aspect vis-a-vis death and life.
Ghalib talking to himself, stating that every possible remedy to avoid final outcome has been exhausted, only waiting for the last minute.

सोज़ : burning, heat, passion
ग़म : sorrow
हा : shock, fear
-ए- : to connect two words
निहानी : internal, hidden
सोज़-ए-ग़म-हा-ए-निहानी : heat of internal jealousy, conflict
Ghalib thinks that burning heat inside Hell hardly having any damaging effect in comparison to the million times more killing effect of internal conflict or jealousy on mind and heart.
