ख़बर-ए-तहय्युर-ए-इश्क़ सुन न जुनूँ रहा न परी रही

न तो तू रहा न तो मैं रहा जो रही सो बे-ख़बरी रही

Listen trauma of my love story , lost my senses, lost my beloved , Nothing sustained in the end, neither you nor me , only left as devastated in insolvency of every kind. 

ख़बर : जानकारी, ज्ञान, आगाही, होश , सुधबुध, चेतना

तहय्युर : अचम्भा, विस्मय, हैरत, ताज्जुब

ख़बर-ए-तहय्युर-ए-इश्क़ : detail of complexity of love 

जुनूँ : दीवानापन, दीवानगी, अक़्ल खो बैठना

परी : beloved

बे-ख़बरी : (insolvency) , unawareness, unconsciousness

चली सम्त-ए-ग़ैब सीं क्या हवा कि चमन ज़ुहूर का जल गया

मगर एक शाख़-ए-निहाल-ए-ग़म जिसे दिल कहो सो हरी रही

The gruelling wind coming from almighty address has burned my life’s every beautiful aspect , leaving behind a branch ( my heart) still growing bud of sorrow, ( leaving me devastated for rest future life ). 

सम्त : direction

ग़ैब : outer space, heaven, invisible universe 

सम्त-ए-ग़ैब : from the direction of outer space 

चमन : garden 

ज़ुहूर : the act of appearance, manifestation, emergence, advent, visibility ( birth , new possibilities)

शाख़ : branch

निहाल  : sapling, bud, young plant

ग़म : sorrow 

शाख़-ए-निहाल-ए-ग़म : branch with emerging new buds ( of sorrow )

नज़र-ए-तग़ाफ़ुल-ए-यार का गिला किस ज़बाँ सीं बयाँ करूँ

कि शराब-ए-सद-क़दह आरज़ू ख़ुम-ए-दिल में थी सो भरी रही

Can’t have the words about the ignorant behaviour from beloved but strangely even after this , a desire for positive outcome filling my pounding heart ( as if well matured wine served in fragile crystal glasses ready to be served,but if not : will break into million pieces)

नज़र : look, glance, view, opinion

तग़ाफ़ुल : laziness, laxity

यार : beloved

नज़र-ए-तग़ाफ़ुल-ए-यार : glance of ignorance of beloved

गिला : complaint, resentment, reproach, blame

शराब : wine

सद : hundred(s)

क़दह : goblet, cup, bowl 

शराब-ए-सद-क़दह : wine of hundred goblet 

आरज़ू : desire

ख़ुम : a pot of wine, wine barrel, earthen pot , a drum which is beaten on the day of the battle

ख़ुम-ए-दिल : delicate fragile container (of heart)

वो अजब घड़ी थी मैं जिस घड़ी लिया दर्स नुस्ख़ा-ए-इश्क़ का

कि किताब अक़्ल की ताक़ पर जूँ धरी थी त्यूँ ही धरी रही

It was a strange moment when I study the psychology of love ( pleasure and tragic all outcome ) , But actually love captures my senses, all studies were irrelevant. 

अजब : wonderful, amazing, rare, marvellous, strange, extraordinary, miraculous

घड़ी : moment 

दर्स : course of studies , lesson, reading, lecture , advice, counsel

नुस्ख़ा : prescription, treatise, document, recipe, edition, copy (of a book or document)

इश्क़ : excessive or passionate love 

नुस्ख़ा-ए-इश्क़ : prescription of love

अक़्ल : reason, wisdom, intellect, sense

knowledge, opinion

ताक़ : an arch, vault , a recess (in a wall), a niche, a shelf , window, balcony, a portico, a porch

जूँ धरी थी त्यूँ ही धरी रही : remains at a place without use ( which should be kept to use at for most sensitive safety or security: example revolver)

किया ख़ाक आतिश-ए-इश्क़ ने दिल-ए-बे-नवा-ए-'सिराज' कूँ

न ख़तर रहा न हज़र रहा मगर एक बे-ख़तरी रही

Burned into ashes ( this numb poet Siraj) by the intense trauma of failed love, strangely even after this he feels fearless without any caution or hazard as become immortal by virtue of divine love. 

ख़ाक  : rubble, dust , destroyed 

आतिश : fire , burning heat ( ex: आतिशबाज़ी )

आतिश-ए-इश्क़ : fire of love 

बे-नवा : voiceless ( fully lost )

दिल-ए-बे-नवा-ए-'सिराज' : voiceless heart of Siraj (pen name of poet)

ख़तर : hazard, peril, risk , imminent danger, jeopardy

हज़र : caution, wariness, vigilance, care, prudence, fear

बे-ख़तरी : fearless, without any fear of danger or negative consequence
