"Silsile Tode Gaya Vo Sabhi Jaate Jaate"

सिलसिले तोड़ गया वो सभी जाते जाते,
वर्ना इतने तो मरासिम थे के आते जाते..

शिक़वा-ऐ-ज़ुल्मत-ऐ-शब् से तो कही बेहतर था,
अपने हिस्से की तो कोई शमाँ जलाते जाते..

कितना आसां था तेरे हिज़्र में मरना जानाँ,
फिर भी एक ऊम्र लगी जाँ से जाते जाते..

जश्न-ऐ-मक़तल ही ना बरपा हुआ वर्ना हम भी,
पा-ब-जौलाँ ही सही नाचते गाते जाते..

उसकी वो जाने उसे पास-ऐ-वफ़ा था के न था,
तुम “फ़राज़“ अपनी तरफ से तो निभाते जाते..

सिलसिले तोड़ गया वो सभी जाते जाते,
वर्ना इतने तो मरासिम थे के आते जाते..

मरासिम :  Relations, Customs, Rules

Beloved has broken all connection before going, despite our relationship was strong enough to have mutual respect & connection even after disconnection but in vain.

शिक़वा-ऐ-ज़ुल्मत-ऐ-शब् से तो कही बेहतर था,
अपने हिस्से की तो कोई शमाँ जलाते जाते..

शिक़वा : Complaint
ज़ुल्मत :  Darkness
शब्  :     Night
शिक़वा-ऐ-ज़ुल्मत-ऐ-शब : Complaint of darkness of night,
शमाँ :     Candle

In each relationship, each one has to do their part of duties fulfillment, if one party only do the complaint (here as a metaphor "Complaint of darkness of night"), instead one can make an effort ( here metaphor  "to make some light by lit a candle") to make relationship healthy.

कितना आसां था तेरे हिज़्र में मरना जानाँ,
फिर भी एक ऊम्र लगी जाँ से जाते जाते..

आसां : Easy
हिज़्र  : Separation
मरना : To Die
जानाँ : Beloved
ऊम्र : Age
जाँ : Life ( here refer Beloved = Life)

Oh my dear beloved, it was so easy to die in your separation, but it took an age to detach from your memories.

जश्न-ऐ-मक़तल ही ना बरपा हुआ वर्ना हम भी,
पा-ब-जौलाँ ही सही नाचते गाते जाते..

जश्न : Celebration
मक़तल : Place of Murder, Execution, Killing
जश्न-ऐ-मक़तल : Celebration of killing at Site
बरपा : Start
पा : feet
जौलाँ : chained
पा-ब-जौलाँ : Chained Feet

Very Difficult to Explain :
Please reply if better understand.

It's a satire or explanation of separation,
i.e.
On pending Drama was to celebration the Murder at the Murder Site, which didn't happened, else if would have dance in the ecstasy (Metaphor Chained feet) of separation.

पास : Consideration, Respect, Regard
वफ़ा : faithful, Fidelity, ( here love )
पास-ऐ-वफ़ा : Respect for mutual faith
“फ़राज़" : Poet Name Ahmed Faraz
